Timeline of SonoVivo's Incorporation Activities and Milestones

Incorporated as a Delaware C Corporation

Every company has a day-one moment. For SonoVivo, that was January 7, 2026, the date we incorporated as a Delaware C Corporation and made this thing real on paper.

Lance and I have been working toward this since the science first convinced us there was a company here around the middle of 2025.

Lance brings the deep technical foundation from his research at the University of Washington's Averkiou Lab; I bring the operational and commercial side from a long history of building teams and solving hard problems. Together, we're building SonoVivo from two bases: our business HQ in Boulder, CO and our engineering/R&D HQ in Charlotte, NC, which reflects the strengths of both communities.

Incorporation is a small milestone in the grand scheme. But it's the right kind of first post. Everything else we announce here gets measured from this date forward.
